uberpush.com operates as a digital platform for buying and selling Team Fortress 2 (TF2) virtual items delivered via Steam trade offers.

Once a purchase is completed, items are transferred directly to your connected Steam account.

We do not create or modify items. Our role is limited to facilitating transactions and delivery.

All payments are processed securely through authorised third-party providers.

3. Account Registration and Security

Access is provided through Steam authentication only.

You agree to:

  • maintain accurate account information;
  • protect your account credentials;
  • accept responsibility for all account activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud or violations.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

  • Accepted methods include cards and PayPal;
  • Payments comply with PCI DSS standards;
  • We do not store payment details;
  • Fraudulent payments are strictly prohibited.

5. Order Delivery

Items are delivered via Steam trade offer.

Delivery timeframe:

If delivery fails:

  • replacement item; or
  • full refund.

User Responsibilities

  • provide valid Steam trade URL;
  • enable Steam Guard / Mobile Authenticator;

6. Selling Items, Platform Fees & Payouts

Listing and Approval

Listings may be reviewed and rejected.

Inventory

Items remain in your inventory until sold.

Platform Fee

A 10% commission applies.

Payouts

  • Processed within 3–7 business days;
  • Minimum: €10;
  • Maximum: €5,000 per transaction.

Payouts may be delayed due to:

  • fraud or suspicious activity;
  • AML/KYC issues;
  • incorrect details;
  • restricted jurisdictions.

All transactions are monitored for fraud and compliance.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Under UK law, users have a 14-day withdrawal right unless digital content is delivered immediately.

By receiving items instantly, you waive this right.

  • Cancellation only before payment;
  • Refund requests within 30 days;
  • Delivered items are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • engage in fraud or illegal activity;
  • provide false information;
  • use bots or automation;
